Damaged / Incorrect Items:

For damaged items follow these steps:
1. Contact us or e-mail us at [email protected] to notify us of the problem.
2. A replacement will be sent out and UPS or USPS will be notified
3. Keep the damaged item in the original packaging for UPS or USPS to inspect. 

For incorrect items follow these steps:
1. Contact us or e-mail us at [email protected] to notify us of the problem.
2. We will ship the correct item to you along with a prepaid shipping label for you to return the incorrect item.
3. Once you receive the correct item put the label on the packaging and mail it back to us.

Product Exchange:

A product exchange is welcome with a receipt for an item still in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Please Contact us for return address.

We will mail the new item to you upon receipt of your exchanged item. Items selected for exchange are subject to availability. If they are not currently in stock, the customer will be notified by email & or by phone. A suggested substitute item or an anticipated back order date will be provided.

The customer will pay to return the item to Football Gear Saving. Football Gear Saving will pay to ship the new item back to the customer. Football Gear Saving will not refund your return shipping.   All returns must be in their original condition and be accompanied by a copy of the receipt.

Attention Football Gear Saving Customers:
Football Gear Saving will not return the difference in price on items that have gone on sale on our website and/or in the store.
Customers wishing to receive the sale price will have to return the item(s) to the store and re-purchase them.  If
the item(s) have been purchased online or by phone, the items will have to be shipped back to
Football Gear Saving to be exchanged, in order to receive your credit.   It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay full
return shipping costs. All clothes MUST be in their original condition.
       

Product Return:

A product return is welcome with a receipt for an item in its original condition within 60 days of purchase for a full
refund or within 30 days of purchase for store credit.

Your account will be credited for the merchandise being returned. 
Football Gear Saving is unable to refund shipping costs. Receipts for your return will be either emailed or mailed to you within 7-14 business days.

All items MUST be in their original condition, with tags still on the item.
