Shipping Times & Options

Although we try to ship all orders same day, some orders require 1-2 business days for processing. Customization of your products will typically take 2 to 5 business days (during back-to-school and holidays, this may take longer). Shipping time is separate from production time and varies based upon your location and the shipping option you select. Shipping time begins when the carrier picks up the package when it is delivered to your location. The total time it takes for you to receive your custom gear is based upon several factors including the amount of production time to customize your products, your delivery address and the shipping option you've selected.

You can select different shipping options and speeds by choosing the type of service that meets your needs. Each shipping option has a range of times. These ranges are set by the carriers and may vary.

Free Shipping

5 to 9+ days transit time. Delivery Monday through Saturday

Express Shipping

Within 3 to 6 business days transit time. Delivery Monday through Friday.

Please note that changing your shipping option to a different or faster method will not change the production time. As an example, if you select Overnight, you will not receive your gear the next day. Your customization will still take 2 to 5 business days. Once your customization is complete, your order will ship and you will receive it on the next business day following the shipping date.

Also, when you select Express Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the requested time frame.

Tracking Shipment

We will send an email to confirm the order was received by us and when the package is shipped.  The shipping confirmation will include tracking.  Please note that there may be more than one shipment per order, so you may receive multiple shipment confirmations.  If you are a registered user, you can also view the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.
